Terms and Conditions
Estimates On Renovations– Any quotes a customer receives is based on information provided during the initial consultation and may/could change prior to installation based on any eliminations or additional items requested by the customer. Trade pricing does vary job to job, and it is sometimes difficult to determine exact pricing at the time of the quote. If any dollar amounts increase from the amounts discussed at the time of the quote, the new cost must be approved by the customer in writing. Changes and additional items can be added by the customer before the final draft is complete. These changes may be reflected as an increase or decrease in the total amount owing.
Installation/Completion Dates – Any installation dates discussed between the customer and Fine Finish Renovations Inc. may be subject to change at any time. A more precise installation date will be confirmed closer to the original discussed date. Completion of any job cannot be confirmed at any time as many different circumstances may affect that date.
Terms of payment – At the time of completion a final invoice from Fine Finish Renovations Inc. will be issued with any remaining balances to be paid. All final amounts must be paid within 15 days. Failure to do so will result in all remaining balances to be charged 2% interest per month. Any amounts not paid by 90 days after job completion will be reviewed for further action. The customer will receive a statement prior to the 90 days regarding this issue.
